What we do

Tap a service to read what it involves.

We knot hair into the lace by hand, strand by strand. It takes days rather than hours, and it is the reason the hairline sits flat instead of looking like a wig. Bring your own lace and hair, or let us source both.

Tell us the texture, length and density you want and give us your cap measurements. We build the unit from there. Most pieces are finished well inside two weeks, and when yours is ready we call you so you don't wait out the full window.

Plucking, bleaching knots, tinting the lace, cutting, colouring, silk press, and the install itself. Book it on its own, or add it to a unit you have ordered from us and we finish it before you collect.

We buy virgin human hair bundles and closures ourselves and check every one before it goes into a unit. If you are not sure which texture suits you, come to the studio in Nungua and feel them before you decide.

Questions we get asked

If yours isn't here, message the studio on WhatsApp and we'll answer.

Up to fourteen days from the day your payment clears and we agree the specification. Plenty of pieces are done before that. If yours is finished early we call you and you can collect straight away. If anything will push it past fourteen days we tell you before the window closes and agree a new date with you.

No. Everything in the collection is built after you order it, using your cap measurements and the density you choose. What you see on the site is the style, not a finished unit sitting in a box.

Head circumference, front hairline to nape, and ear to ear, plus the texture, length and density you want. Put them in the notes when you book, or send them on WhatsApp and we'll talk you through taking them properly. A tape measure and five minutes is all it takes.

Card or mobile money in cedis through Paystack at checkout, which sends you a PDF receipt. You can also send your bag to us on WhatsApp and settle it with the studio directly. Your card details go to Paystack, never to us.

Yes, at any point before we start work, and you get everything back. Once ventilation or assembly has begun the piece is being made to your own specification and cannot be resold, so payments are not refundable from that point. That doesn't affect your rights if a piece is faulty or not built to what we agreed.

Message us within seven days of collection or delivery with photographs. If it is our workmanship we repair it at our cost, or remake the piece if repair isn't sensible. Damage from heat, colour or restyling done elsewhere isn't covered.

Both. The studio is in Nungua, Accra, and you are welcome to collect. If you'd rather we send it, we arrange a courier. Once it is handed over, delivery is in their hands. Please collect finished pieces within thirty days of us telling you they're ready.

Pick one of the open days on the booking form and send it. It opens WhatsApp with your details already written out. The slot isn't held until we reply to confirm it, which is usually the same day. If you need to move or cancel, give us a day's notice.
